Here is a history lesson for the youngsters reading this site. Back when Jesus roamed the Earth on the back of Raptors, there were these things called records. Records were the intended medium for music. They didn't have these MP3's, M4A's bullshit. Jesus had to put a record on a turn table and try to use the needle to find the start of the record.

Sadly in the pursuit of cheapness, MP3's have become the industry standard for music. But there are always rebels out there. Jesus was a rebel and now we have Custom Made Music. Custom Made Music is a record label focusing on releasing vinyl. They have a few bands that are releasing singles on 7" vinyl, which is unheard of these days.

So I bring to you, Static Minds out of North Carolina. They have a great Iggy Pop and The Stooges meets The Rolling Stones sound. The single Rich Girl Blues will be released on March 2nd on 7" vinyl.
