STONE TEMPLE PILOTS/ex-VELVET REVOLVER frontman Scott Weiland has released a new Christmas single, a cover of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas".

Weiland performed the tune — made famous by Judy Garland in "Meet Me in St. Louis" — on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" back in 2006.

Weiland's rendition of the song can be heard on AOL Radio's Rock Holiday station.

I heard this version on my radio today. I was trying to figure out who it was. It's is a good version, more true to the original than I would have liked for Weiland. But not bad. Check it out below:
