George Lynch Joins Don Dokken On Stage
Hell has frozen over, George Lynch joined Don Dokken on stage to perform the Dokken classic In My Dreams.
I didn't think it was possible that these two men would put aside their differences even for nine minutes.
First off, the fan who filmed this is kick ass. Either her camera has excellent video/sound quality or her phone does. One or the other, but it is a spectacular video.
I want you to pay close attention to the solos. George solos around the 2:50 mark and does so with minimal facial contortions. He just blisters through the solo. He takes another solo at the 3:50 mark and same thing. Minimal effort. The guy is shredding it and it looks effortless.
Now watch Dokken's regular guitar player Johnny. He takes a solo around the 5:10 mark and watch him contort his face and body. He is working way to hard to hit notes and shit George hit. I bet George could finger bang your girlfriend and still rifle off a nasty solo.
Great video by YouTube user SheriH.
