Only one man is crazy enough to play Ozzy in a movie
Finally Mötley Crüe is back to doing what they do best; gang-raping drunk chicks. Actually that's not what I mean, but it's probably true, especially with Tommy and Nicky both being single. What they do best is contradict each other. In the last couple of weeks, amid rumours that Christopher Walken will portray Ozzy in the upcoming Mötley Crüe biopic based on "The Dirt", Nikki Sixx and Vince Neil have responded quite differently.
This is what Nikki had to say to MTV News:
The rocker tells MTV News, "I think he had a couple drinks and it got blown out of proportion. I believe, as everyone else believes, that it's going to be (cast with) unknowns."
Only a few days later, Vince Neil went on the record with a cell phone TV service (boy, hasn't his career come a long way since he broadcast his plastic surgery on VH1....Gene Simmons, are you watching?) to proclaim that it is a very real possibility.
Let's get one thing straight, Blogs N' Roses cannot be considered the experts on much, but our staff has read "The Dirt" a combined total of 432 times. When we hear the word Bullwinkle, we duck. When we hear the word punk, we nail a person's ear into a table. When we get locked in a closet with a drunk girl, take one guess what we do to her. I'm sure that the utmost care will be taken when casting this film, as it is clearly destined to win numerous Academy Awards. A casting prediction will be coming soon.
